Poster Presenters' Guidelines

Poster Size

Posters must be 48 inches (4 feet) by 36 inches (3 feet) in landscape orientation.

Poster Setup/Removal

The poster session will take place in the School of Pharmacy Atrium. Posters should be mounted on the assigned poster board before 8:50 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14.

Push pins and poster board assignments will be available to all poster presenters at the table with name tags.

Posters must be taken down immediately at the end of poster and flash talks award ceremony.
